Lighter, easier steering is accomplished with the front Holeshot GNCC's more rounded profile and angled knob pattern, while the rear GNCC's more open tread and split-knob design provide exceptional straight-line grip, balanced cornering and unbeatable clean-out. Great handling and traction are complemented by a super-tough carcass that can easily deal with all the tight trees, rocks, roots and ruts found on a typical GNCC race course. Long wear and puncture resistance were key considerations in the creation of the Holeshot GNCC. The more challenging the course, the greater advantage the Holeshot GNCC rider will enjoy.

The next-generation line of steering dampers that offers an unprecedented level of adjustability and performance.
The System 5 steering damper is second to none in terms of adjustability, providing five different adjustments: high-speed damping, low-speed damping, return to centre damping, angle between straight or cornering and cornering damping level. All these adjustments allow a rider to fine-tune the steering damper to his riding style, helping him when needed without requiring unnecessary effort by removing vibration over choppy terrain, reducing arm pumping and rider fatigue. It also increases control over obstacles and helps reduce lap times.
The System 3 steering damper shares the same compact design and reliability as the System 5. It features high-speed damping, low-speed damping and return to centre damping adjustments. Both systems come with all the required mounting hardware specific to each vehicle. They will be offered as a lower mount rotary damper for the following ATV models: Honda TRX450R and TRX400EX, the Yamaha YFZ450, the Suzuki LT-R450 and LTZ400, the Kawasaki KFX400 and the Arctic Cat DVX400.
These new products have been specifically engineered to perfectly complement Elka Suspension’s line of shock absorbers and linkage components to provide the best complete package for your ATV. After extensive research and testing, the System 5 steering damper has already proven itself in one of the most gruelling races in the world: the SCORE/Tecate Baja 500.

CNC machined stainless steel header flanges. Custom designed .100" wall aluminum extrusion muffler body. Standard finish satin. Polished by special order. Front and Rear End Caps CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum. Muffler mounts CNC machined from single piece of 6061 billet aluminum. Attached to muffler body by heli-arc weld. O-Ring Seal at tail pipe to muffler joint. All mufflers completely rebuild able and repackable. Stainless muffler cores.

Suzuki LT-R450 Vortex EFI Interceptor
Interceptor Units bolt-on in 15-30 minutes directly to the standard wire harness.
Reprogrammed Fuel Map intended to work better with aftermarket pipes and air cleaner modifications.
Map Key: Switches ECU to alternate map to work correctly with Vortex Interceptor.
The unit is tunable in the field using only small flat blade screwdriver. Each Interceptor includes (3) rotary switches, which represent 0-33%, 34-66% and 61-100% throttle openings. The switches act in a similar fashion to the pilot, needle and main jet on a conventional carburetor.
Each switch allows users to RICHEN or LEAN the preprogrammed Vortex Fuel Map by up to +/- 8% in 2% increments.
Unit is fully programmable and can be remapped to suit other engine modifications, such as cam head and compression changes.
