ITP’s NEW 18x8-8 QUADCROSS:
BIG-TIME PERFORMANCE FOR SMALL SPORT ATVs
Small-bore sport ATV riders looking for a competitive edge will be happy to learn that ITP has just released an all-new QuadCross tyre just for them. At 18x8-8, this high-performance rear knobby is perfect for youth- and mini-class quads, as well as the many popular 250cc sport ATVs hitting the market — including the Yamaha Raptor 250. This new tyre has already been making waves at the AMA/ITP/Moose Motocross Nationals under winning youth riders like Chase Horton, Benjamin Brocato and Colby Gilchrist.
This new 18x8-8 QuadCross shares virtually all of the advanced design features and benefits of the original QuadCross tyre, developed and proven by several factory teams and riders, including Team Yamaha’s Pat Brown and Dustin Nelson, and Team Kawasaki’s Josh Creamer and Keith Little. It’s an excellent choice for most track surfaces, but its strength is on hard-packed, blue-groove type motocross courses. It utilizes a scientifically advanced rubber compound that’s been specially formulated to find traction on the slickest of surfaces for excellent acceleration and braking characteristics. Considerable laboratory time was invested to make this compound possible, with extensive field testing backing up the results. Its unique shoulder profile greatly improves cornering predictability and side bite as well, for unmatched cornering performance. Fast and light, it’s the edge every racer needs.
The perfect wheel for this tyre is a new addition to ITP’s T-9 Pro Series line: an 8x6 size with a 2+4 offset (P/N ITP8641R). This high-performance .150-wall, 6061 T-6 spun aluminum wheel fits many popular mini race quads using 4/110 bolt patterns and features dual-rolled lips for extra strength. Mounted with the new 18x8-8 QuadCross tyre, it’s the hot setup for mini quad racing!

TAKE CONTROL ON HARD-PACKED MX TRACKS: ITP takes ATV motocross race tyre technology to the next level with the release of the all-new QuadCross MX. The QuadCross MX represents a radical departure from ITP's current line of high-performance knobby tyres, hence the new name. Tested and developed with the assistance of the factory Yamaha and Kawasaki race teams, the QuadCross MX is designed specifically for very hard-packed, blue-groove type motocross racetracks.
