It was business as usual for ATV Worlds Norfolk youth quad rider Tyler Soar as he swept the board at this weekends ACU Southern area championships round 8 held at Blechingdon nr Oxford.
Tyler shook off the gremlins which have dogged him for the last few meetings to show why he his rightly the number one seed youth rider of 2009.
He not only took 3 wins, but did them with the style and precision of any of his professional piers.

A gearing change on his ATV World Yamaha 250 hybrid, helped him to get in to the first corner quicker than in previous outings, this being a major factor so he wasn't getting caught up in slower traffic.
His father and mechanic Jed said, "I'm over the moon for Tyler today he showed his true quality as a rider and am actualy pleased that he didn't get the hole shot, because when he gets in front he tends to leave the pack, and doesn't have to work which is no good for his style of racing"
Tyler showed great maturity and professionlism with calculated and sweet passes which left his counter parts on there own to battle for the runner up places.
Tyler was overjoyed with his result saying "I was begining to think my run of bad luck was here to stay, but today has put me back in control, My ATV World Yamaha never missed a beat" and joked "I never got out of third gear and she was still pulling".
Tyler takes a rest for a weekend then heads off up North to contest the ACU Northern area championships in County Durham on Sunday September 6th. |
