CLUTCH KITS
ADJUSTABLE TIMING PLATE
Increasing the power output of your engine can and will put added stress on your clutch. Duncan racing recommends these clutch kits, with all of the engine modifications and as a stock replacement. Kits include: Fiber and steel plates, springs.

CNC machined from billet aluminum. This stator plate(stator plate is piece stator unit attatches to) is designed to replace the stock cast piece.

DR statorPlate has slotted mounting holes, and engraved indexing numbers, making it possible to adjust the machines ignition timing.

Stock OEM banshee impellars are notorious for failing.

This state of the art impellar will not only enhance reliability but increase waterpump efficiency.

Yamaha Banshee’s do not offer an easy way to drain the coolant from the engine.

The DR Waterpump drain cover is designed to replace stock steel cover. CNC machined from 6061 aluminum this cover has a drain plug built into it.

CNC machined from billet aluminum, this billet balancer bearing holder is much stronger than stock.

HR-1008 is designed to allow for ignition timing to be adjusted.

Designed to protect Honda TRX 250R airbox from collapsing and letting engine fill with dirt or sand.

Rings fit both air filter side and inlet boot side of box.

Press in by hand. No sealer required.

PRO X PISTON KITS
STATOR REWINDING
Piston kits are supplied with:Piston, Rings,Pin,Clips.

DRI has used ProX pistons to win hundreds of Races Worldwide.

ProX quality is equal to or better than OEM stock.

ProX pistons are of a cast design, they are recommended over forged design in most 2-Stroke ATV’s.

Sizes: Generally STD thru 8th over in .25mm increments.

 

Ignition Rewinding: As ATV stators get old or exposed to the elements their power output begins to breakdown and weaken the spark going to the engine or in some cases causing complete electrical failure. When this process begins to happen your engine will lose powerand start to run inconsistantly.

Rewinding the stock ignition gives a solid alternative to purchasing a new stator at a much cheaper price.

Lighting Coil Output Modification
Lighting coils are rewound to put out additional lighting power. This makes upgrading your lights to higher wattage an option.

All cranks are assembled with new rods, lower bearings, thrust washers, inner & outer main bearings, then trued with in factory
specs.

All crankshaft outer pins are welded.

Stock OEM balancer units in Honda ATC/TRX 250R models are made with a non-replaceable bearing. When the bearing goes bad it can and will do much damage to the engine, including centercase damage, waterpump damage etc.
IMS CONNECTING ROD KITS
Kits include: Rod, Lower Bearing, Lower Pin, Lower Thrust Washers.
