Constructed of 4130 aircraft-quality chrome-molly.
Hardware is 12.9 grade zinc-plated socket heads baked to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
Removable sub-frame.

LOBO Chassis kits include: Frame, Sub-Frame, Swingarm, Upper and Lower Control Arms, Tie Rods, Steering Shaft, Front Custom Axis Dampeners, Rear Custom Axis Dampeners, and a Hardware Kit.
LOBO Chassis are designed to work with Honda TRX 250R components. Most stock OEM components (radiator, axis, bearing carrier, rear master cylinder, rear calipers, etc.) will work unless noted.
LOBO Chassis are designed to use OEM Honda 400EX front spindles. These spindles must be used with DR billet front hubs or '89 TRX 250R/400EX front hubs. Front calipers may also need replacing or additional adapters when using 400EX spindles (call for details).
Chassis is available in three setup options: Motor cross, Cross Country, or Desert.
   
Swing Arm

  • Formed 4130 Chromoly main rails for maximum beam & torsion strength.
  • Precision honed bearing carrier housing for proper fit.
    Low drag long wearingdrive chain roller.
  • Equipped with skide plate mounts or optional chain guide.
  • Supplied with oivot needle bearings, rear carrier pinch bolts, & shock bolt.
  • Certified tig welded joints to ensure maximum strength.
  • Powder coated finish. (triple plate chrome optional)
